APPARTAMENTO VERDAL - CASA ROVA

The Verdal apartment comprises the entire ground floor of Casa Rova, which is the last on a private street; on the upper floors live the owners Ermenegildo and Marisa Rova.

It consists of three rooms, suitable for 4 or 5 people. In the master bedroom if necessary it is possible to provide a crib for small children, the second bedroom has two beds that can be pushed together, there is a large living room with a sofa bed, the adjacent kitchen has a dishwasher, electric oven and microwave oven, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Heating is oil-fired central, and a stove with wood provided, if needed, pleasantly brightens autumn evenings. Wi-Fi is free, but we do not accept pets to ensure maximum cleanliness. Next to the entrance is a balcony with drying rack.

For the good season in the garden you will find a table with benches, a swing, and plenty of space for children. Outdoor parking is sufficient for two cars, while bikes or motorcycles can be allowed in the garage.

For winter you can store skis and boots in heated room.

At 150m. in the square you will find a restaurant/pizzeria, supermarket, bar/ice cream shop, tourist office, post office with postamat, bus stop, at 100m. pharmacy and doctor's office. At 300m., the V. Cazzetta with the Mesolithic burial site of Mondeval. Access to the SkiCivetta is 3.5Km. away, the cross-country trail 5km, the lifts to Cortina d'Ampezzo and Val Badia 7km away.
